Log into your Decathlon account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return label or QR code.

Pack Your Gear

Place your unused items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Ship or Drop Off

Take your package to a designated carrier drop-off point using the prepaid label, or bring it directly to the 'Welcome Desk' at your nearest Decathlon store.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
